Ingredients:

  • 1/4 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel™ Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, drained
  • 8 ounces Velveeta™ prepared cheese product, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Hy-Vee Baking Stone Pretzel bread, cut into strips

All you do

  1. In a medium skillet, brown ground beef. Add onion and cook until tender. Add diced tomatoes and green chiles and cheese product. Heat until cheese product is melted. Pour into serving dishes. Serve with Baking Stone Pretzel bread, if desired.
