Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Hy-Vee mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tsp Hy-Vee horseradish
  • 1/2 medium avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 6 Hy-Vee 8-inch tortillas
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped green onions
  • 1 (2.25 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced ripe olives, drained and chopped finely

All you do

  1. In mixing bowl blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish and avocado; mix on high speed until mixed.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture on tortillas. Top each tortilla with crab, bell pepper, onions and olives.
  3. Roll each tortilla; wrap securely with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes or overnight.
  4. To serve, slice rolls diagonally into 3/4-inch thick slices.
