Ingredients:

  • 2 c. rotini pasta
  • 2 c. chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1 (1 oz) envelope ranch dressing mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. salad dressing
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • lettuce leaves
  • chow mein noodles, for garnish
  • halved cherry tomatoes, for garnish

All you do

  1. Cook pasta until tender. Drain and rinse in cool water. Place pasta in 2-1/2-quart bowl.
  2. Add chicken, onion, ranch dressing mix, sour cream, salad dressing, garlic salt, red pepper and green pepper. Mix well.
  3. Chill until serving time.
  4. Place on lettuce leaves. Garnish with chow mein noodles and cherry tomato halves.
