Ingredients:
All you do
- Season grouper with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place grouper pieces in the skillet and cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, or until golden brown.
- Place 2 pieces of grouper on the bottom halves of each hamburger bun. Top with lettuce leaves, guacamole and top half of bun.
