Ingredients:

All you do

  1. Slice 1 large Vidalia onion into 1/2-inch-thick slices and brush with a mixture of 1 tablespoon Grand Selection olive oil, 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning and a dash of hot pepper sauce. Grill over medium heat about 12 minutes or until browned, turning once.
