Ingredients:
All you do
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place onions and tomatoes in the bottom of a glass 11-inch-by-7-inch pan.
- Combine the panko and Cajun seasoning in a shallow dish. Brush fillets with olive oil and then pat them in the breading until well coated. Place breaded fish on top of the onion and tomatoes and sprinkle with any remaining bread crumbs.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
