Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 pound) boneless pork loin roast
  • 2 tbsp cracked Hy-Vee black pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Hy-Vee garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Hy-Vee salt

All you do

  1. Pat pork dry with paper towel. In small bowl, combine all rub ingredients well and apply to all surfaces of the pork roast.
  2. Place roast in a shallow pan and roast in a 350-degree F. oven for 1 to 1-1/4 hours (20 minutes per pound), until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees F.
  3. Remove roast from oven; let rest about 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
