  • 1/2 c. frozen Hy-Vee blueberries
  • 1 tsp Hy-Vee sugar
  • 1 (3.5 oz) Hunts vanilla pudding cup, divided
  • 2 mini graham cracker pie crusts
  • 2 tbsp thawed Hy-Vee light whipped topping, optional

All you do

  1. Combine blueberries and sugar. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring once. Cool 20 minutes.
  2. Evenly spoon pudding into pie crusts. Top with blueberries and whipped topping, if desired.
