Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Hy-Vee cubed cooked ham
  • 4 slices Hy-Vee bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (16 oz) can Hy-Vee pork and beans, undrained
  • 1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee butter beans, drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Hy-Vee barbecue sauce
  • 3 tbsp Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp dry mustard

All you do

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9-by-13-inch baking pan; set aside.
  2. Cook ground beef and drain.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together ground beef, ham, bacon, pork and beans, kidney beans, butter beans, onion, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, vinegar and mustard. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  4. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
