Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • 4 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 2 tsp brown sugar

Directions

  • In a medium saucepan combine milk and oats. Bring to a boil.
  • Stir in cocoa powder, peanut butter, banana, and brown sugar. Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
  • Serve immediately.
