I lost 5 lbs last week but only lost .3% body fat.  Is there a way to lose more body fat or does that only happen when you lose alot of body weight?

How do I lose body fat percentage?

I lost 5 lbs last week but only lost .3% body fat.  Is there a way to lose more body fat or does that only happen when you lose alot of body weight?

There are many factors to consider when it comes to weight loss and losing body fat. Keep in mind that it takes time to lose body fat. Many times when people lose a significant amount of weight in a short period of time, it tends to not be contributed to body fat loss. Over time, people will see more of a reduction in their body fat percentage when they continue to lose weight.

If you wanna try to lose fat you're gonna have to lose belly fat. Basically, if you're also eating unhealthy/sugar stuff, you're gonna have to cut down on that for yourself to lose fat. The main step to lose fat is by burning more calories than you consume (eat). You're gonna have to break down your meals smaller. Also you need to eat healthy foods. You have to eat healthy foods not only to lose fat, but to keep your tone muscles the way it is, or you're gonna lose fat AND muscles.
Swimming is really good for toning muscles and it's really easy because you don't have to wear out your body so much such as pushups and other exercises. Swim at least 3-4 days a week and most importantly, you need 8-10 hours of sleep. This will give time for your body to recover and build tissue muscles by growth hormones. But be patient man. It takes a little bit of time to start making some noticeable changes in your body composition, but once you do, they will come easier and easier, I promise.

Hi...,

There are various exercises to reduce fat such as jogging, swimming, cycling or even walking. But it takes more time to show the result. I think surgeries are the best option for fast reduction of weight.

I mostly do cardio exercises such as jogging, running, swimming, and push ups to burn my belly fat.
Cardio exercises burn the fat more quickly and more effectively.
You can also burn your belly fat through diet pills but these pills have various side effects for the health.

Exercises are only easiest and fast ways to reduce body weight, but it really takes a lot of hard work, determination, and control to achieve your desired weight. Meditation also makes you relax and gives you peaceful mind through which you can be healthy and fit.

Green tea found to be natural way of losing weight and it reduces 70 calories in a day , i.e. , 7 pounds a year. Green tea is a effective way of losing body weight.
