I am in my early twenties and I need to lose a little bit of weight. I am 5'3" and weigh 150 pounds. I carry most of my weight in my lower half and I find it hard to lose weight. Currently I wear a size 6 to 8 dress size. My goal is to be at a dress size 4. And lose 25 pounds. I know I need to exercise more and reduce my calorie intake. But I'm just not sure where to start. Any suggestions?

To stay fit not only do you desire a constant routine at a gym however, you want to eat healthy and as weird because it sounds, live happily. An existence without stress can affect your health tremendously. You want to have a high protein diet( for example fish, red meat, chicken etc.) You also want eat lots of vegetables and fruit. The fruits and veggies will help you metabolism which will help burn calories. A good why to assist your fitness routine would be to a lot of core work. What this means is abs, obliques and pecs. Push-ups, situps, crunches and planks are great for this. But, at your gym you need to alternate muscle groups. When i exercise, i start with upper body eventually and switch to lower body the following day. This way you are not overworking parts of your muscles and you still have a good constant workout. A great workout is inexpensive too, you do not need pricey elaborate gyms. all of your really need is a decent weightbench along with a workout mat. I hope this helped!
