What are the best vitamins for a woman over 30 to take on a daily basis to help keep her healthy and possibly help slim the waist line?

Are the chewable vitamins better than the hard vitamins and where can I find the chewable vitamins at good prices? I heard that the soft chewy vitamins get in your system easier & it is therefore gettiing into your system faster & disolving better. I cannot find  low cost adult chewable vitamins.

take walk
A Multivitamin with D,  Calcium, resveratrol, and fish oil are some good vitamins that I take. Drink green tea and get a pedometer to use on walks that gives you the insentive to put 10,000 steps  on it and it =to approx 3 miles a day. this will help with waistline.     Hope I was able to help you out .   Kathie

Supplement recommendations are very individualized because so much depends on your diet and health history.  If you are eating a balanced diet, you may not need a vitamin at all.  Unfortunately, there isn't anything magical about vitamins to slim the waist line.  Cutting back on portions and increasing your activity are the best bets to a smaller waist.  I would suggest that you check in with your local Hy-Vee dietitian for recommendations specific to your situation.

I think it would be best to consult your doctor first so you'd know what's the best/right vitamin for you. :) My mom (35 years old) though a bit chubby is not taking any vitamins (oh, except for vitamin K2 and calcium) to lose weight. She just do yoga and exercise. She goes to the gym every other day and she is, little by little, slimming her waist line and losing weight.

This is good to consult with doctor before using any supplement because using supplement daily can cause health issues and supplements have many side effects so it is good to avoid using supplements without any discussion with doctor.
