Hello,

Does anyone have any good suggestions for a great daily vitamin or supplement? I work out 4-6 times per week and try to eat healthy, balanced meals. I am just wondering if there are any daily vitamins that might help with general health, metabolism, energy, etc.

If you are eating healthy, balanced meals you likely don't need a supplement as you are receiving your nutrition through your food intake (the best way to get nutrition). I would recommend talking with your primary care physician about any supplements before taking anything. A good conversation to have with him/her would be vitamin D and fish oil, as vitamin D deficiency is fairly common and fish oil may be necessary if you aren't eating 2 servings of fatty fish per week.

Right. I think you have the best of the best healthy lifestyle in the world. Vitamin supplements are generally made for those who lacks nutrients.
