The Attention Management is the first step to Meditation. It is the most necessary step all spiritual traditions share: to stop the inner monologue or ‘taming the tiger’. Once you gather your attention into one point, you can open up and meditate. In Meditation you let go of everything; all things can arise without you interfering with it.

In Attention Management you learn to focus your attention within yourself. This way all thoughts and feelings can come to rest and attention becomes free. Free to use for the things you want to create. Once you start storing your energy with attention management, you can make use of it more freely and enrich daily living. It gives a basis of rest within yourself that you can always go back to even when situations become stressful.
