Caffeine is one of the most loved stimulant but its intake brought health risks. It enhances the blood pressure and the heart beat of the pregnant women. Not only this, frequent urination is also linked with the excessive intake of the caffeine during pregnancy. According to one of the estimates on caffeine and pregnancy, if the pregnant women consume more that 200mg of caffeine then the risk of miscarriage in such pregnant women is fifty six percent. The ratio may increase depending upon the intake of caffeine. Also, according to one of the study on pregnancy and caffeine, if pregnant women take 500mg of caffeine during pregnancy then the baby she gives birth to will most probably will have high blood pressure and heart rate.
