Pregnancy exercises are a good way in order to keep body active and healthy. According to one of the medical source, thirty minutes of daily exercise is being recommended. The exercises must be moderate and not hard enough to perform.  If you are doing some exercises before conceiving then you must keep up with those or moderate set of exercises as advised by your health care provider.
