I have recently started to "Eat Clean" after reading a book by Tosca Reno.  I shop from Hy-Vee almost exclusively, but it's a challenge to sift through all the brands of certain types of food to find the "cleanest."  Right now, I am trying to find a "clean" lowfat cottage cheese.  The best brand I can find is Friendship Brand no salt added cottage cheese, as it has the fewest additives.  (http://www.friendshipdairies.com/products/1-lowfat-no-salt-added-cottage-cheese.html) Does Hy-Vee carry a brand of lowfat cottage cheese equivalent to this?  Thanks!

I heard a lot of great reviews about that book! What'd you think of it? I've been "eating clean" for a little less than a year now. It definitely is tricky finding all the organic foods and healthy brands among all the other products but you get the hang of it after a shopping trip or two. :)

Hi,

I'm planning to get the book as soon as I get the chance. And knowing there is someone who already did and got inspired makes me more eager to purchase one. I will keep you posted.
