In Response to Gluten Free Private Brand products:
As more consumers with gluten intolerances are turning to Gluten-Free food offerings, what Private Brand products do you see the greatest demand for as Gluten-Free offerings in order to provide quality GF items at a more reasonable price?

We really love Udi bread and go through quite a bit of it. A decent pizza crust would be nice to have in stock. We have gone to making our own because the store carries only the wafery ones and they are like cardboard. Chebe has great recipes for how to use their mixes online and how to make your own crackers and crusts and breads and the mixes are very versitale. And the gf graham crackers by kinnikinnick are a must for any house hold with young children and anyone who bakes pies and cakes for their families. Coupons and sales for these items would be great. It's a huge expense to feed my family gf versions of traditionally wheat based products. And the specials and sales generally ran in the store are for things we can't use in our household.
