yes that is right! i completely agree with you. We should definitely try out other alternatives that may cause gluten sensitivity. Though some people are negative from celiac disease, they may have a condition known as non celiac disease gluten sensitivity. this state is often relieved by restraining from gluten based food. It's good to hear that you are adhering to your regimen!
