try the delsoro brand Italian roast beef, medium , it is the lowest sodium deli meat they have 80mg per  2 slices

Contact the deli manager or dietitian at your local Hy-Vee store.  The labels for the deli meats are available behind the deli counter, so it will be easy for someone to help you out.  If there is a specific deli meat you are interested in, let me know and I would be happy to help as well.

 I'd be interested in the Virgina ham, Honey ham, corned beef and med roast beef.. also the turkey pastrami - thanks -
