I keep looking through all this information trying to up load my oatmeal into programs for watching my caloric intake.  It's hard however because I don't know how much calories the stuff in the bins has.

I tried to look on the website to find out but it doesn't seem to be there.

Do you know the nutrition information for the low-glycemic oatmeal?

I would suggest that you contact the HealthMarket manager or dietitian at the store you purchase your oatmeal from.  Each store has a different selection in their bulk bins, so you best bet for getting accurate information is to have an employee from the store check the packaging for you.
