I am a Type 11 diabetic. I am doing weight watchers.
I really like the taste of Hood 2% milk which is in your health section. I also like the organic skim milk in the plastic bottle shaped like a milk bottle.
I believe that Hood is a better choice for me to drink because it is lower in carbs but you only carry it in 2 % which is higher in fat.
On the weight watchers program Hood 2 % has more points so it is not a good choice as far as points.
The organic milk in your health section is fat free and lower points.
My question is this. Health wise, points wise and diabetic wise which is my better choice?
Weight watchers uses the point system which is close to carb counting. They just don't call it that.
