I am wondering if there are others out there who are going grain-free?  I am doing it out of necessity,
but I know that there are some diet trends Paleo etc who do it out of choice, and if so, is there any chance
that Hy-Vee might start catering to those on a grain-free diet, like the Gluten-free, sugar-free, etc?
It has been VERY challenging, because corn and/or rice is in just about everything!!!
THANKS!

A grain-free diet is something that is pretty rare, I haven't seen this in my area of the Midwest. It would be difficult to cater to this small population. However, your local Hy-Vee dietitian will certainly be able to help you reach a balanced diet and provide you with ideas for meals and snacks.

Please feel free to ask any additional questions!
