Steps To Healthier Rose Bush

Q: I have a 3-year-old rose bush that has had a hard time getting started. It was beginning to look really nice, but now I notice that about 98% of the leaves have black spots on them! None of my other roses have this problem. Please help! Nancy – Mystic
