This Health & Wellness Forum User Contribution Policy (together with our Terms of Use at http://www.hy-vee.com/company/policy/terms-of-use.aspx and our Privacy Policy at http://www.hy-vee.com/company/policy/privacy.aspx) describes the terms and conditions upon which Hy-Vee, Inc. (“Hy-Vee”) is willing to allow you to post content, including personal information, that you contribute to be published or displayed on any portion of Hy-Vee’s website at http://www.hy-vee.com (the “Website”) (collectively, “User Contributions”). Hy-Vee reserves the right to remove or reject any User Content that does not pertain to the applicable topic, contains vulgar/obscene/profane/defamatory language, includes or is suspected to include illegal content, infringes or is suspected to infringe on intellectual property rights, is not in the English language or contains personal attacks, in each case in Hy-Vee’s sole opinion. Hy-Vee reserves the right to (a) rearrange, (b) remove and/or (c) suspend the right of a person to post or submit User Contributions, for any reason whatsoever in Hy-Vee’s sole discretion.
By posting or submitting User Contributions, you grant Hy-Vee a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display any such User Contributions throughout the world in any media. You grant Hy-Vee the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such User Contributions, to be exercised in Hy-Vee’s sole discretion. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, to the User Contributions that you post or submit; that the content of all such User Contributions is accurate; that use of the User Contributions you post or submit does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Hy-Vee for all claims resulting from the User Contributions that you post or submit.
Hy-Vee takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Contributions posted or submitted by you or any third party.
